New information and clarifications in various workstrems as well as integration of new “Certification”-Section into the Zero Outage universe.
Following sections were updated or added:
- “ARCHITECTURE” reworked as a whole
- “SECURITY” added: “Introduction” and “Overall Picture”, 2 downloads to „How to write a PRD“-Section
- “PROCESSES” added: new introductory page & graphics, new section “Event Monitoring”
- “CERTIFICATION” New section!
