ZOIS Certification Month 2026
This October we invite you to join our learning programme designed to introduce the foundations of the Zero Outage Industry Standard and support participants on their path to the ZOIS Experience Level Certification.
Throughout the month we will host a series of educational webinars that explain what Zero Outage is, why it matters and how its principles help organisations deliver reliable, stable and predictable IT services. The programme is open to employees across technical, operational, security, platform, and process roles as well as customer facing teams.
What you will learn
Participants will gain a clear understanding of:
- The purpose and history of Zero Outage
- The four ZOIS pillars: People, Processes, Platforms, Security
- How reliable services are built end to end
- How ZOIS supports teamwork, communication and customer trust
- How the certification strengthens individual professional development
Certification Week
From 26 to 30 October participants can complete the online ZOIS Experience Level Certification test. The test includes 20 multiple choice questions and the pass mark is 70%. Successful candidates receive an official certificate and a digital badge. Tests are free of charge for employees of our members. The cost for non-members is €150 per person.
