WEBINAR: Zero Outage and OKR Methodology
The 2nd ZOIS Webinar took place on Thursday 11th of May 2023. It covered the topic of Zero Outage and OKR Methodology and was delivered by two representatives of our member company Bank Itau; Gregory Dias Marques, IT Structural Problems Management and Quality Analyst on the Itau Zero Outage Community and Marcos Rodrigues dos Santos, Zero Outage Analyst on the Telecom Community.
The webinar and the Q&A session were moderated by Daniela Carmo-Vieira, Product Manager, also from Itau Bank.
Abstract:
OKR is an agile methodology to set up and follow up the company goals. Through the time, Itau Bank understood that OKR is a simpler and effective way to follow the quality for its process. Nowadays, the bank can measure the quality goals, and we want to present how this methodology is helping us in the direction to achieve Zero Outage for our clients. Besides that, we will show how a OKR is built, and how other companies can use this, for quality in general, and for zero outage principles.
